I started custom building steel guitars part time in Clifton,NJ. in 1984. My customers were all local for the first year. Then I displayed my steels at a PSGA show which at that time was held annually in Armonk, NY. and expanded my territory to the northeast. In 1993, I showed them at the ISGC in St. Louis and became known across the country. I retired in 1997, after 40 years in industrial finishes Mfg. and returned to my birthplace in Havana Fl.
